Saw this elsewhere, but this video does a pretty good job of summarizing our situation. Lots more little caverns to be spelunked still, like what other factors led up to the spurred growth, what does it really mean to declare bankruptcy, how does this impact other businesses that aren’t banking/investors/etc., and how can this affect me in the future—beyond housing? Most important today though is the beginning of the discussion about how the bailout bill can at least slow, if not stop, this blood-letting that our economy has been subject to?
